Plenty of good local businesses have a website that was made years ago and never touched again. It doesn't work on a phone, it's hard to find the opening times, and it doesn't do them justice. That's what we fix.

We look for local businesses whose website is out of date, doesn't work on a phone, or doesn't exist yet.

Using what's already public about you: your current site, your photos and logo, your opening hours and listings.

You get an email from Andy with a private link to your preview, at yourbusiness.trykobi.com.

Like it? It's yours for £199. Not for you? Ignore it, and the preview is deleted after 14 days.

Every preview is designed around the business it's for, and checked before anyone sees it.
Nothing made up
Every opening time, phone number, price and review comes from your own website or your public listings. If we can't find it, we leave it out.
Your look, kept
We keep your logo and your colours. If you don't have a brand yet, we design one that suits your trade.
Built for phones first
Most people look you up on a phone. The site works there first, then on tablets and computers.
Call, find and visit in one tap
Tap-to-call, directions and your opening hours are easy to find, right where customers look.
Real reviews only
If customers have said good things about you in public, we show them word for word. We never write reviews for you.

Automatic checks look at it on a phone and a computer, test every link and image, and match the details against your own.

Why did you build me a website I didn't ask for?
Because it's much easier to judge a website when you can see it. Describing one in an email doesn't do it justice. So we build it first and let you decide.
Is the preview really free?
Yes. Looking at it costs nothing and you're under no obligation. If you don't want it, do nothing, and it's deleted after 14 days.
What does the £199 cover?
It's a one-off payment. You get the finished website as files that are yours to keep, and help moving it onto your own hosting and your own web address.
Who can see my preview?
It sits at its own link, which we send only to you. It isn't listed anywhere and it asks search engines not to show it. Every preview carries a note saying it's a proposal from Kobi, not your official website.
How do you build them so quickly?
Kobi uses AI to research and design each preview, from the information that's already public about your business. Automatic checks then test the result and make sure every detail matches your own.
Who's behind Kobi?
Kobi is run by Andy Kirk in Harrogate. Every email comes from Andy, and you can reply to it like any other email.
How do I stop hearing from you?
Reply to any email with "unsubscribe", or email andy@trykobi.com. We'll never contact you again.
